despite very sore throat and mouth a good day. Father's day saw breakfast in bed (see posed picture below) and lovely cards and bunting from the kids.

Great to see Karl, who filled me in on the bits of the England match that I missed through nodding off last night.

More footer and cricket today (with a little cycling thrown in for good measure). Looking forward to seeing Stoke's very own Asmir Begovic playing for Bosnia against Argentina tonight at the Maracana.
